Please include your name and mailing address so we can send your hat if you win. If you do not want us to share your name, please be sure to tell us in your email. Photos can be in .jpg, .pdf, .gif, or .tif format and should not exceed 1MB in size. You agree that we can share your photo and your name (unless you ask us not to) on our website, Facebook, and our blog. Your hat will be mailed within 3 weeks of your photo being selected as Dead Last Pic of the Week. * Please, no nudity, vulgar, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate photos.
